POSITION PURPOSE
OUR DESK CONSULTANT – SALES AND BOOKING MANAGEMENT
- Communicate with customers arrive at the tour desk to sell the tour products and be responsible for hotlines and emails when needed (mostly providing/updating information)
- Update the relevant team & supplier any change or update at the soonest time (eg. Flight change or pick-up time change, no-show…etc.)
- Be the point of contact for Vivu Journeys customers to ask questions at the tour desk
- Dealing issues or complaints with both supplier and customers
- Able to learn and use the operation function of the internal system professional
- Able to learn the logistic of the destination responsible fast and precisely
- Able to work within Working Hours which is from 8.00 am – 17.00
MAJOR TASKS
- Consult tours for customers at the tour desk and inquiries on phone
- Providing or updating information to customer, supplier, and agents through hotline or email if needed.
- Upload complaint or issues into the system Vivu Connect (VC) at issue log.
- Support operating services of VVJ in the Central
- Coordinate with Operations to operate tours for bookings generated from tourdesk
- Receive the call from clients and solve it as quick as possible. Inform to the country manager or direct manager depending the destination when needed.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure of delivering the best services to clients, and save the most cost for company
QUALIFICATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree in travel, tourism, hospitality or business-related subject.
- At least 1 year in the industry working in travel company as sales, operation, consultant
- An understanding of the inner workings of the travel industry.
