POSITION PURPOSE<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
This role is to provide financial compliance, reporting and project expertise that supports the overall Vietnamese regulatory taxation compliance of Thien Minh Group.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

MAJOR TASKS<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Reviews and interprets current and proposed legislation and documents that impact on regulatory taxation requirements for entities under Thien Minh Group;<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Maintains a working knowledge of statutes to ensure all financial information meets the necessary statutory and regulatory compliance standards, including liaising with tax consultants to ensure legislative requirements are met;<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Provides technical advice and assistance to the Accounting & Finance team in relation to taxation issues;<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0Understand local tax obligations and ensure they meet the filing deadlines to avoid any penalties;<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Contributes to ensuring effective tax planning is carried out to ensure compliance and minimization of taxation expense for Group;<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Review annual corporate tax returns in subsidiaries;<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Keep track register of group license\/leasing and ensure the renewals are made on time;<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Monitors business changes, assesses and communicates the impact on Finance as required;<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Foreseen & alert Finance Manager, CFO and CEO any tax risks.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR?<\/strong><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance\/ Accounting\/ Economics or an equivalent degree;<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 CPA\/ CA\/ Tax procedure service practice certificate is desirable;<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Required language: proficiency in English;<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 At least 05 years of experience in providing tax service and\/or working with local tax authority;<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Creative problem-solving abilities;<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Customer centric with commitment to high standards of service delivery;<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Solid collaboration and communication skill (verbal and written);<\/p>\n
