TMG offers a one-stop solution for travellers in the Southeast Asia region, providing touring activities, accommodation, cruises, transfers and transport as well as travel agency services.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Position Purpose<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>TMG\u2019s Corporate Development &amp; Strategy team is a high-profile, high impact group that works with TMG\u2019s top leaders to identify and execute against inorganic opportunities to accelerate our strategy.<\/p>\n<p>In Strategy, the team will identify and analyze exciting new growth opportunities and work with business leaders to prioritize strategic investments and execute strategic transformation.<\/p>\n<p>In Corporate Development, responsibilities include maintaining the company\u2019s financial model, assessing strategic growth initiatives including partnerships, analyzing potential acquisitions, and leading a variety of ad hoc cross functional analyses related to strategic initiatives including quarterly board meeting material preparation and modeling the financial impact of a range of potential initiatives.
