Ground Service Excecutive

HAI AU AVIATION is seeking highly motivated and responsible individuals to join our team as Ground Service Executive working at Tan Son Nhat station.

JOB DESCRIPTION

·       Ground Services

·    Checks daily schedule for arrival/departure flights to position and make arrangements for the day.

·    Monitor ground services at airports/stations that HAA operates in order to make sure that all ground and flight operations are safe, punctual and economically efficient

·       Customer Services & Arrange addition services for passengers/ internal staff (on request)

·       External activities

·    Send Weekly report to Southern Airport Authority (SAA)

·    Participate in weekly/monthly/quarterly briefings and joint activities at TIA, SAA

·       Others relating tasks and those assigned by direct manager and Company’s management

REQUIREMENTS

·       High school graduate or higher education background.

·       Minimum 2-year experience in aviation, Ground service & Operation are preferred.

·       Good English communication. TOEIC 500 or equivalent.

·       Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

·       Male and Female aged 20 – 40 years old.

·       Good health. Able to work under pressure.

·       Careful, honest, responsible. Good communication.

·       Teamwork, problem solving skills. Willing to work away from home
