OBJECTIVE
We are seeking a position for an intern who is passionate about communications in the fields of tourism, hospitality, or economics. In this role, you will assist in producing high-quality content for publication and sharing across the company’s online platforms, including the website and LinkedIn. Key responsibilities include content creation, proposing communication ideas, and translating between Vietnamese and English.
MAJOR TASKS
- Information Gathering: Collect information about the company’s activities to write and translate newsletters (in English and Vietnamese) for publication on the website.
- Research: Seek information on tourism in Vietnam and worldwide to proactively develop new topics for the website that are relevant to the company.
- Content Sharing: Share newsletters from the website on the company’s LinkedIn account.
- Media Analysis: Research programs in online and television media to propose suitable communication formats for the company or its member brands.
- Topic Research: Investigate topics and materials to send to the media for promoting the company.
- Communication Support: Assist with communication tasks as needed for specific projects or phases.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Languages: Proficient in English (and Vietnamese), with a strong emphasis on writing and translation. English certification is a plus.
- Video Editing: Capable of cutting video files and extracting audio.
- Thumbnail and Subtitles: Experienced in creating thumbnails, subtitles, and YouTube Shorts.
- Design Skills: Familiar with using Canva for basic image design.
- Content Posting: Skilled in posting on YouTube, websites, and LinkedIn to increase information dissemination.
- Work Ethic: Diligent, disciplined, creative, proactive, and eager to learn.
