PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
This is a very exciting role in a dynamic & forward thinking destination management company. The job of a health and safety executive mainly revolves around performing the admin and checking roles that are involved in health and safety management. Health and safety executive also need to ensure inspections are completed and that health and safety compliance is maintained throughout.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure all existing suppliers complete H&S self-assessment by the time we confirm booking with suppliers
- Working with our Travel Safety & Sustainability provider to audit our suppliers
- Sending instructions and guide suppliers to complete the H&S self-assessment
- Follow up with suppliers if they don’t complete the H&S self-assessment
- Coordinating with other teams to ensure the physical audit of a number of suppliers
- Loading H&S assessment result to the system
- Other tasks allocated by manager

- Fluent in national local language and English
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions (collection, analysis, distribution etc.)
- Strong communication skills for internal & external purposes
