POSITION PURPOSE
·To take ownership of the company’s Health & Safety processes and checks for Hotels, transport and product partners to ensure H&S compliance across all destinations.
·To take ownership of Client Feedback and Feedback reporting.
· To ensure effective management of the product lifecycle.
· To update the supplier database for efficient retrieval and referral.
· To assist with cost benchmarking for packages and tours.
· To assist with scheduling business trips and inspection trips.
· To assist and take ownership of key product areas across Vietnam.
· To assist with additional ad hoc administrative tasks.
· To facilitate product research tasks.
· To help oversee our internal system and ensure accurate imagery, copy and rates.
JOB REQUIREMENT
· Uploading correct & adequate suppliers’ information to SharePoint promptly.
· Collecting and organizing supplier information under the template and contracting senior’s guidelines.
· Complete product briefs uploading to internal systems.
· Assist in collecting contracts and tariffs, benchmarking pricing and terms according to Contracting & Product Manager guidelines.
· Communicate with suppliers to gather key information, supporting the Product Manager
· Contribute to the planning and design of new and existing tours and itineraries.
· Manage the product lifecycle efficiently.
· Develop accurate client feedback reporting and product improvement suggestions.
· Support in new product pitches to win new business.
· Support existing B2B partners to ensure we provide them with the best product and client experience
· Conduct product research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
· Support teams across all Vivu destinations with H&S requirements and demands from country needs.
· To support suppliers with the completion of H&S.
· Manage the Health & Safety email account, serving as the primary communication point with Sanderson and Phillips
· Ensure the database is always as up-to-date as possible and monitor any suppliers whose H&S expires.
· Conduct in-person H&S inspections as required.
· Promptly report any concerns or challenges related to H&S compliance.
· Contact suppliers to arrange meetings and site inspections.
· Ad hoc tasks as per the Product Manager’s request and guidelines.
· Create and complete product databases.
· Contact, walk through and ensure H&S procedures are adhered to by our Hotel and Product partners. Manage time to complete tasks carefully, thoughtfully and timely
