Responsibilities:
Support to check/comment the quality of the service offered to the guests.
Support to oversee and supervise the welcoming of guests.
Support to check and create menus if any.
Support to organize the banquet service if any.
Support to talk with guests and collect guest satisfaction of F&B.
Support to process customer complaints properly.
Support to Sale & Marketing
Perform other duties as maybe assigned.
+ Visa: Trainee will be responsible for ensuring that he/she has a valid passport to remain in the place of assignment.
+ Visa fee for the whole internship period is at your own charge
+ Flight ticket: will be at your own charge
+ Weekly working days: 5 days / week.
+ Accident & health insurance: will be at your own charge.
+ Meals at staff’s canteen. Breakfast at restaurant. Sometimes have meals for checking at restaurant.
+ 50% discount on Food, 20% discount on Beverage in Bar & Restaurant for personal consumption and personal entertainment.
+ Laundry: FOC.
+ Accommodation: FOC
