JOB DESCRIPTION
Learning and Development (L&D) Strategies
- Lead the development of the overall learning and development strategy for TMGH in alignment with the group’s business objectives and talent management goals.
- Collaborate with Group HR Directors, Brand’s Leaders, and other stakeholders to formulate and align L&D strategies across the different entities within the group.
- Translate the L&D strategies into actionable implementation plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the L&D strategies and make necessary adjustments to ensure they remain relevant and contribute to the group’s development.
Training Needs Analysis and Training Program Management
- Conduct regular Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across all hotels within the group to identify and prioritize training needs for new hires, high-potential employees, and management-level personnel.
- Collaborate with on-site HR to plan and execute the yearly in-house training activities based on the TNA results.
- Design and develop core training programs focused on Orientation, Guest Satisfaction, Communication Skills, Supervisory Skills, Cultural Sensitivity and Diversity, Upselling Skills, Time management and Prioritization and Internal Customer Service.
- Develop and facilitate soft skills training programs for high-potential employees and management-level personnel where external training services are not applicable.
- Support other entities within the TMG group by facilitating core skill courses as required.
Train-the-Trainer Program
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Train-the-Trainer program to equip potential Supervisors and HODs with effective training delivery techniques and adult learning principles.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to internal trainers on training content, facilitation skills, and best practices.
E-Learning Platform and Training Resources
- Spearhead the development and management of an e-learning platform to support self-paced and on-demand training for employees.
- Curate relevant training videos, interactive modules, and other digital resources to supplement classroom-based training and promote continuous learning.
- Collaborate with Brand’s Leaders and hotel teams to create engaging and interactive e-learning content aligned with the group’s training objectives.
- Coordinating with IT development team to build the e-learning platform, which is user-friendly, accessible, and regularly updated with new content.
REQUIREMENT
- Experience working in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Can create/adapt customized training programs.
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including Group HR Director, Brand Leaders, and on-site HR teams to integrate training efforts across the organization.
- Can work independently, meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- Self-motivated, strong presentation skill, comfortable speaking to diverse groups.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and travel frequently.
- Proficient in virtual classroom delivery.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).

- Working hours: 08:30am – 05:30pm, from Monday to However, the job may require to work during weekends or flexible working hours.
