PRIMARY OBJECTIVE
- Analyse contracts to exact all necessary data and commercial terms.
- Process the data through manual entry into the system OR by preparing an Excel file for bulk insertion.
- Manually inputting all required stop sales into the system.
MAJOR TASKS
Data upload
- Ensure 100% accuracy when uploading data.
- Complete the assigned work on time.
Stop sales
- Ensure 100% accuracy when updating stop sales information in the system.
- Complete the system update within 24 hours of receiving the notification.
Other
- Timely completion of assigned deliverables.
- Proactive work ethic and commitment to high standards of productivity.
- Ability to maintain sustained focus and attention to detail.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
- University graduate.
- Previous experience in tourism and hospitality, either through studies or previous roles, is beneficial.
- Excellent interpersonal skills across a variety of cultures.
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English. Fluency in Vietnamese.
- Must be proficient in using technology and working with software applications (Office Suite).
